Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order information. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after the return period

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
